問：應施檢驗商品未經檢驗即上市販售，是否有相關罰責？
答：經公告應施檢驗商品未經檢驗即進口或出廠至國內市場銷售，依商品檢驗法第六十條第一款規定，可處以新台幣二十萬以上，二百萬以下之罰鍰。若該等商品經檢驗不符合檢驗標準時，則處以新台幣二十五萬以上，二百五十萬以下之罰鍰。
問：應施檢驗商品未經檢驗並使消費者於使用中造成重大損害時，是否有相關罰責？
答：依商品檢驗法第六十條第一款規定，應施檢驗商品之報驗義務人，違反本法之規定致損害消費者生命、身體、健康或有重大損害之虞者，處新臺幣七十五萬元以上七百五十萬元以下罰鍰。
問：對於依商品檢驗法處罰鍰確定者，未依期限繳納應如何處置？
答：依商品檢驗法第六十四條規定，依本法所處之罰鍰，經限期繳納，屆期不繳納者，依法移送法務部行政執行處強制執行。
問：有關違反檢驗規定之相關罰責，應如何得知？
答：相關罰責可參閱標準檢驗局商品檢驗法第八章罰責（第五十九條至第六十四條）之規定。
