A2LA

A2LA The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) is nonprofit, non-governmental, public service oriented, membership society. A2LA provides comprehensive services in laboratory accreditation and laboratory-related training.Labs which are accredited byA2LA are authorized to conduct related tests and issue test reports with A2LA marks.


A2LA and NVLAP have been accredited as recognized bodies by FCC Official.

CAPA

The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA), established in 1987, is an independent, nonprofit third-party organization in the United States that develops standards and provides certifications specifically for aftermarket (AM) collision replacement parts. CAPA's primary goal is to establish and oversee a testing program to ensure the suitability and quality of replacement automotive parts. CAPA has created objective and measurable quality standards and specifications for replacement parts made of metal, plastic, lighting, foam rubber, and bumpers to ensure that the quality of these parts matches that of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Automotive parts governed and registered by CAPA must undergo testing, inspection, and verification by a CAPA-accredited independent testing laboratory to ensure compliance with program requirements. Once certified, these parts are authorized to bear the CAPA Quality Seal and are listed on the CAPA website for public reference.

ISL Longtan Vehicle Lab obtained CAPA accreditation as a testing laboratory in January 2016. The laboratory is qualified to perform the following EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) tests for automotive components and issue reports, offering fast and convenient services to automotive component manufacturers and clients.

• CAPA 301 (Automotive lighting, including headlights, taillights, brake lights, parking lights, side marker lights, fog lights, and turn signal lights)

VSCC

In order to enhance the vehicle safety, administration system, the Ministry of Transportation And Communications (MOTC) referred to foreign system which separate certification and testing affairs, MOTC’s begun planning and advancing certification institution since 2006. For years of planning and preparation, Vehicle Safety Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as the VSCC), was formally established on March 31st, 2009.

VSCC is a non-profit organization under the supervision of MOTC. The purpose of founding VSCC is to research vehicle safety regulation and administration system, to assist MOTC by providing services related to vehicle safety certification, and to enhance the vehicle safety in Taiwan.
