台灣經濟部標準檢驗局(BSMI)公告於2023-07-01強制納管「未達2Kg無人機商品」。台灣市售無人機的檢測和認證是由經濟部標準檢驗局和交通部民用航空局共同負責管理，低功率射頻器材(無線傳送/接收器)的無線射頻則由國家通訊傳播委員會監管。
無人機的檢測和認證是確保其安全性和可靠性的關鍵步驟。在台灣銷售的無人機檢測標準涵蓋了多個方面，從輻射測試到抗擾度測試，旨在全面保障無人機在各種環境下的飛航安全，到安規檢測的商品安全，甚至進一步的資訊安全檢測。

無人機在台銷售檢測標準主要分為兩個級別，根據無人機的最大起飛重量區別如下：
• 未達2公斤：這類無人機主要用於娛樂和簡單的商業應用，檢測標準相對簡單。
• 2至25公斤：多用於專業和工業應用，目前雖無強制檢測，但民航局已擬定法規草稿，未來檢測標準相較為嚴格。
