符合性聲明報驗義務人應備置哪些技術文件?

1、實施安規部分：

（1）執行測試時所使用之檢驗設備名稱及編號。

（2）電路圖或接線圖或基版銅軌圖。

（3）重要零組件或材料組成規格一覽表。

（4）產品外觀及其重要內部結構或零組件之4×6吋以上彩色照片。

（5）中文使用說明書。（如電磁相容性及安規兩者均需測試時，則以電磁相容部分之要求檢附）

（6）試驗報告正本一份，其試驗報告以簽具符合性聲明書前一年內完成者為限。

（7）其他必要之技術文件。

2、實施電磁相容性（EMC）部分：

A.商品描述：

（a）中文使用手冊及規格（甲類產品可檢附英文使用手冊）。

（b）電路方塊圖(BLOCK DIAGRAM)。

（c）對策元件及干擾源一覽表。

（d）產品型錄及4*6吋以上彩色照片(含外觀及內部結構)。

B.試驗報告正本一份，其試驗報告以填寫符合性聲明書前一年內由指定試驗室所核發者為限。
